If he preps anywhere, that opens up his recruitment again. He'll have to sign another LOI next year.

If he opens back up again, and he has his grades and personal life in order, he will get some of the offers he wanted this year come next year (i.e. Miami, USC, Texas, etc). That will make him at least have to think about going elsewhere, so I wouldn't say he's 100% Mountaineer yet.

I wouldn't say he's a done deal to WVU in the end, even though the offense there fits his skills as a runner to a T.
